Cucumber Raita

1 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Cucumber (Peeled & Deseeded)
1/2 Clove Garlic (Minced)
2 Teaspoons Raw Lemon Juice
1/2 Teaspoons Salt


Mix all ingredients in a small mixing bowl until well combined.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
